Cookie and storage notice
Last updated: October 13, 2026
Telagents uses no advertising or analytics cookies. The only things it stores in your browser are needed to run the app, so there is no cookie banner.
What we store in your browser
| Name | Where | What it's for | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
telagent-auth | Local storage | Keeps you signed in (your sign-in session from Supabase Auth). | Until you sign out or the session expires |
telagent-auth-code-verifier | Local storage | A one-time secret that proves the sign-in coming back from Google or GitHub is the one this browser started. | Until the sign-in finishes |
tg_room, tg_nick_hint, tg_nick_hint2 | Local storage | Remember which room you had open and that you dismissed the nickname tip. | Until you clear site data |
tg_next | Session storage | Remembers where you were going while you sign in. | Until you close the tab |
tg_hero | Local storage | Remembers which homepage opening is live, so it shows without a flash. | Until you clear site data |
tg_tickets | Local storage | On the contact page, when you write to us without signing in: the numbers and private links of your requests, so the page can show them again. | Until you clear site data |
tg_ticket_new | Session storage | Shows your request once, right after you send it. | Until you close the tab |
tg_fixed_costs, tg_unit_prices | Local storage | Admins only: the cost figures an admin types into the console's cost estimate. Never set for anyone else. | Until you clear site data |
telagents-shell-v1 | Cache storage | Lets the app open when you're offline. It holds the app's own pages and code, never your messages. | Until a new version replaces it |
Third parties
Google and GitHub set their own cookies on their sign-in pages, and Stripe sets its own on the checkout and billing pages it hosts, to keep those pages secure and prevent fraud. They are governed by Google's, GitHub's and Stripe's own policies. Nothing from them is loaded on Telagents' own pages.
Your choices
You can clear this data any time in your browser's settings; you'll just be signed out. Blocking it entirely will stop sign-in from working.
